The Aurora Group (TAG) is a restaurant development company focused on franchising, acquiring and developing fast-casual and quick-service restaurants. We take a hospitality and human centric approach to operating restaurants, with a goal of becoming one of the premier restaurant groups in the country.
Our founding team comes from a diverse set of backgrounds having worked in venture capital, healthcare, hospitality and tech. We’ve led $1bn+ organizations, built businesses from the ground up, and have invested in dozens of thriving companies at the earliest stages. We know what it takes to create something from nothing and believe deeply in the power of teamwork and working toward a unified mission.
